He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Leonard and Minnie Mildred Outhier (Westfahl); and his siblings, Tony, Sally Ann and Sharron Kay.
He is survived by: his son Charles "Chuck" Louis Outhier Jr. (Tara); his stepchildren, Steve Jackson (Cathy), Robert Cayot and Diana Cayot; his grandchildren, Will Outhier (Nancy), Caitlin Outhier and Kaleb Outhier; and his great grandchildren, Reagan Alverado, Lawson Outhier, Gabriel Outhier and Colt Mowery. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
