She was predeceased by: her parent Giltner; her husband Billy Proctor; her daughter Barbara Jean McEntire; and her sisters, Judy Wissler and Kay Sandidge.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy DeBoer, Teresa Harston (Mike) and Vickie Stewart (Scott); her grandchildren, Eddie McEntire, Jennifer McEntire, Dustin McEntire, Mindy McEntire, Justin McEntire, Josh DeBoer, Chris Ruppel, Lindsay Tice and Shelbi Stewart; her sisters, Virginia DeDoming, Marie York and Leona Julian (Carl); Darla. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; one brother.
