With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Michael Wayne Allen of Fairview, Oklahoma, born in Medicine Lodge, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He is survived by: his children, Gina Johnson (Matt) of Hugoton and Tim Allen (Jen) of Tulsa, Oklahoma.; his sisters, Becky McCray (Joe) of Hopeton, OK, Connie Foote (Tom) of Alva, OK, Jennifer Hess (Scott) of Alva, OK and Tanya Franklin (Glenn) of Enid, OK.; his aunt Malinda Green (JD) of Norman; his cousins, Matt Achemire of Norman and John Achemire (Jordon) of Tulsa; and his friend Shirley Quick of Clarksville, TX. He is also survived by grandchildren, countless friends.
