She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Whitacre and Golda Whitacre (Gault); her husband Merland Edingfield; her sister Dixie Jones (Edward); her sister-in-law Marilyn Whitacre; and her nephew Bob Jones.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Seifried (Ron) of Ringwood, OK and Donna McFarlin (Tom) of Piedmont, OK.; her grandchildren, Sharla Smith (Darin), Travis Seifried (Angie) and Matthew McGuire (Kortny); her great grandchildren, Jestin, Will (Alura), Josie Gould, Braden, Baylor Seifried and Bryson McGuire; her great great grandchildren, Kinsley and Jay Dee; and her brothers, J. C. Whitacre (Judy) and Lanny Whitacre (Elaine).
