He was predeceased by: his parents, Merwyn J Shaklee and Myrtle Ellen Campbell Shaklee; and his grandparents, Fred, Edith Shaklee, Don and Irene Campbell.

He is survived by: his siblings, Rick Shaklee (Bonnie) of Cleo Springs and Roxanne Weeks (Lary) of Aline; his nieces, Mitsy Shaklee of Mustang, Amber Green (Shane) of Jet, Kodee Nickel (Ronnie) of Aline and Bridget O'Neil (Cole) of Medford; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brock Buller (Kara), Bradon Buller (Chloe), Braxton Buller (Addison), Gentrye Nickel, Easton Nickel, Amistye Nickel, Brody O'Neil, Kynlee O'Neil and Jadyn O'Neil. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The employees at the home became his extended family especially during Covid.
