He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam A. Feil and Marie Rosina Feil (Fritzler); his wife Norma Feil; and his sister Jeannetta Walker. He is survived by: his son Jeff Feil (Candace) of Comanche, Oklahoma; his brother Vernon Feil of Andover, Kansas; his grandsons, Jon Feil of Fargo, Ryan Feil of Duncan and Logan Feil of Mustang, Oklahoma; and his brother-in-law Billie Walker of Fargo, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
