He was predeceased by: his parents, J. E. Williams and Jean Williams; his brothers, Jim and Danny Williams; and his grandsons, Douglas Carter Dolan and Colton Chase Pennington.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Williams; his children, Sarah Nicole Williams (Mike Ranton), Rebecca Elise Majors, Tanya Anglemyer, Carmel Yeater, Phillip Pennington and Joseph Pennington; and his sisters, LuAnne Maggard (David) and Christy Hood (Earl). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
