He is survived by : his spouse Janene Taff; his daughters, Ashley Slawson (Justin Apple) and Alisha Andrews (Michael); his siblings, Junior Jay of Fletcher, Shirley Bridgers of Sterling and Karen (Alan Holt); and his grandchildren, Piper Jay, Ruger Slawson, Katie Slawson and Lily Jay.
