She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Hill and Lois Hill; her husband Morris "Morty" Baxter; her parents-in-law, Bill and Edith Baxter; her brothers-in-law, Billy Ray Baxter and Leon Baxter; her granddaughters, Kristy Baxter and Samantha Baxter; and her niece Angie Werner.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert "Bobby" Baxter (Roberta) of Fletcher and John David Baxter (Vickie) of Checotah, Oklahoma; her sister Randallan Chinnow of Fletcher, Oklahoma; her siblings-in-law, Marvin and Sandy of Norman, Oklahoma.; and her grandchildren, Brittany, Roy Brinsfield of Cyril, Oklahoma, Cortney, Shane Barrett of Kingfisher, Oklahoma, Joel Baxter of Fletcher, Oklahoma, Joshua "Bubba" Baxter of Checotah, Oklahoma, Chris, Samantha Meisner of Mounds, Oklahoma, Josh Meisner of Norman, Oklahoma, Blake and Brandy of Lawton, Oklahoma. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral Home (410 Cole Ave, Fletcher, OK 73541).
