She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Hunt and Minnie Roden; her husband Arthur Burt Melton; and her children, Larry Melton and Dolores Fuller.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Melton of Ft. Cobb, Mickey Melton (Debra) of Eufaula, OK, Patsy Melton and Pauline Bentley of Ft. Cobb. She is also survived by six grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and many relatives and friends.
