He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Larry Eugene and Carol Lynn Lewis (Hegwood).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home Chapel (1224 E Poplar St, Fort Gibson, OK 74434).
