He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Grace Irene Whitworth (Atchison); his wife Iris Kathleen Nichols; his father Roy Whitworth; his daughter Christy Lynn Whitworth; his siblings, Wayne Whitworth and Mary Varnado; his children, Danna Dowell of VanAlstyne, Melissa Whitworth of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma and Stephen Whitworth of Muskogee, Oklahoma; his brother R. T. Whitworth of Irving, Texas; and his sister-in-law Pat Whitworth of Greenville, Texas. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 3 nieces; 3 nephews; extended family; and many friends.
