He was predeceased by : his parents, George R. Lammers and Mary N. Lammers. He is survived by : his wife Joyce; his daughters, Marie Moore of Fort Gibson and Patricia Simms of Sand Springs; his siblings, Willie Lammers of Fort Gibson and Mary Platje of Fort Gibson; and his grandchildren, Christopher Ard of Fort Gibson, David Moore of Pawhuska, Nathan Simms of Sand Springs, Kyle Simms of Sand Springs, Cody Simms of Sand Springs, Trula Carter of Laramie, WY, Kayla Simms of Sand Springs and Beth Simms of Sand Springs. He is also survived by extended family; and many friends.
