He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Carnagey and Lois Carnagey (Steveson); his wife Ruth Carnagey; his brother Bob Carnagey; and his siblings-in-law, Woody'Woodward and Kelly Carnagey.
He is survived by : his daughter Kara West (John) of Fort Gibson; his grandchildren, Jake West of Fort Gibson and Peyton West of Fort Gibson; his sister Susan Woodward of Tulsa, OK; and his parents-in-law, Jimmy Dee, Loretta Cook of Cushing, OK, Joe, Saundra Cookson of Fort Gibson, OK, Tom, Monica Cookson of San Diego, CA, David, Brenda White of Dallas, TX, Gary and Dana Cookson of Oologah, OK. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
