She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Stitzel and Oleatha Stitzel; her daughter Tamara Sue Owen; her sister Trena Allen (Stitzel); and her brother-in-law Donald Ray Allen, Sr..
She is survived by: her husband Philip M. Owen, Sr. of Fort Gibson; her sons, Philip Owen, Jr. of Guthrie, David Owen (Stacie) of Piedmont and Scott Owen of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her sister Donna Dee Wohler (Stitzel); and her brothers-in-law, Kent Wohler of Yukon, Oklahoma, William R. Owen of Mesquite, Texas and Dale E. (Cynthia Owen). She is also survived by five granddaughters, one grandson, four great-granddaughters, two great-grandsons, one great-great-grandson as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
