He was predeceased by : his parents, J. R. Lewis and Ada Mae Melville Lewis; and his wife Marjorie Louise Norman. He is survived by : his children, Kevin Norman of Owl Creek and Heather Edwards (Leo) of Velma; his stepdaughter LaDonna Martin of Muskogee; his sister Phyllis Herrara (Jamie) of Purcell; his grandchildren, Tyler Edwards, Dillion Edwards, Cody Edwards, Zachary Pilkington and Cameron Pilkington; and his great grandchild Zoey Pilkington.
