He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest John and Lucille Audrey White Wilks; his grandparents, John Cartlett, Janie Wilks, Otto and Mary White; his aunts, Grace White Pratt (Guy) and Bertha White Haas; and his cousins, Ruth McLemore, Carol Goad (Lue Ray) and Bobby Wilks.
He is survived by: his cousins, Carol Perry of Edmond, Linda Shemely, Wendy Hatley (Mark, family: Bobbi Butler, Alan Wilks), Gary Paul Wilks (Tye), Oktaha, Cheryl Sigel (Joe), Diane Merry (Rodger), Bartlesville, Mary Lou Goad and Susan Wilson (Darrell); and his close friend Wayne Church (Rita, family: Doug Dortch, Jeff Dortch, Bill Morton, Michelle Madole, Edmond). He is also survived by family, Doug Dortch, wife Cindy and family.
