It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Dalton Boyd (Fort Gibson, Oklahoma), born in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 2, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Leon Carl and Gladys Boyd (Duenseing); and his siblings, Darrell Boyd, Dorlene Smith and Carolyn Stephens.
He is survived by : his wife Betty Lucille Barnes; his children, Shelley Feemster (Otis) of Inola, OK, Clint Barnes of Inola, OK, Dana Cannon (Bo) of Memphis, Tenn. and David Barnes (Adrienne) of Tulsa, OK; and his grandchildren, Damontay Gillyard, Dillon Cain, Chris Feemster, Eric Feemster, Josh Feemster, Jack Barnes, Rylee Barnes, Sam Barnes and Garrett Barnes. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and dear friends.
