She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hamlin and Rena Hamlin (Self); her husband Henry White; and her siblings, Herschel, Bill Morris, Frieda Arie, Shirley Gardner and Harriet Grieve.
She is survived by: her daughter Carla Holuby (Ronnie) of Fort Gibson, OK; her grandsons, Scott Holuby of San Antonio, TX, Erik Holuby of Fort Gibson and Brett Holuby (Karelis) of Cypress, TX; her great grandchildren, Brighten Holuby of Bastrop, TX, Angie Lamb of Cypress, TX and Grace Holuby of Cypress, TX; her daughter Patricia Cline of Davenport, FL; her grandsons, Steven Cline (Sarah) of Davenport, FL, Brent Cline of Davenport, FL and James Cline (Jennifer) of Black Diamond, WA; her great grandchildren, Jameson and Jenson Cline of Black Diamond, WA; her brother David White (Joyce) of Fort Gibson, OK; her sister-in-law Geraldine Allen of McKinney, TX; her close friends, Terri and Janice King; and her caregivers, Stacy Cutbirth and Holly Bryson. She is also survived by extended family members and many friends.
