He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis John and Blanche Edna Blasen; his former life partner Shirley; and his siblings, Robert Blasen, William Blasen, Joan Beebe and Marge Casperson.
He is survived by : his wife Sandra Beaver; his sons, Ronald John Blasen and Richard Joseph Blasen; his grandchildren, Ashley Blasen and Nathaniel Blasen; his great grandchild Edmond Halimi; and his sisters, Polly Roland and Beverley Cardone. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
