It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Steven Roddy Carr of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 25, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roddy Duane and Mary Ann Carr (Daily). He is survived by: his sons, Braden Carr of Fort Gibson and Kyson Carr (Kelsey) of Fort Gibson; his daughters-in-law, Taylor Carr of Muskogee and Madison Cheatham of Haskell; his grandchildren, Axel Carr of Haskell, Bane Carr of Muskogee, Joey Carr of Fort Gibson and Kylie Carr of Fort Gibson; and his siblings, Greg Carr (Leslie) of Broken Arrow and Kristi Carr of Blackwell. He is also survived by extended family; and numerous friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crescent Valley Baptist Church (25641 S Cresent Valley Rd, Tahlequah, OK 74464).
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in Steve's name to Oklahoma Baptist Disaster Relief http://www.okdisasterhelp.org. or your local Youth Baseball Association.
