He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Fowler and Myrtle Fowler (Skirlock). He is survived by: his wife Jaunita Fowler; and his children, Nita (Mike), Ricky, Joe and Troy (Julie). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; his ever-growing extended family; and numerous friends.
