He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest James Johnson and Joyce Jean Johnson (Phipps); his spouse Gipsy Lou Bradshaw; and his siblings, Judy Pierce and Larry Joe Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Paula Stewart (Ricky), J. Brad Johnson (Amy) of Fox and Cody Johnson (Lana) of Fox; his grandchildren, Jeremy Stewart, Jessica Stewart, Bradley Johnson (Adrianna), Braden Johnson (Maci), Cannen Johnson and Chanlie Johnson; his great grandchild Breck Johnson; his caregivers, Jeff Miller, Kelli McMillan, Adrianna Johnson, Maci Johnson and Hunter Wickware; Jeff Miller, Larry Sharp, Jerry Gordon, Bradley Johnson, Braden Johnson, Jeremy Stewart and Cannen Johnson. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home (65 Golf Course Rd, Healdton, OK 73438). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fox Baptist Church (123 Chickasaw Ave, Fox, OK 73435).
