He is survived by: his wife Valjandra Davis of Foyil, Oklahoma; his daughters, Guyla Blaylock (John) of Sachse and Crystal Cook (William) of Edmond, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jack, Emily Blaylock and Oliver Cook; and his siblings, Stanley Davis (Deborah) of Pryor, Oklahoma, Martha Brashar of Foyil and Mary Johnson (Paul) of Claremore, Oklahoma.
