She is survived by: her sons, David (Alicia) of Broken Arrow and Josh; her grandson Alec Izett; her pets, Julio and Birdy; her siblings, Sharon of Broken Arrow and Don of Broken Arrow; her grandsons, Devin (Alec) and Josh of Charlotte, NC; and her pets, Sis and Shadow.
