She was predeceased by: her father Ronald L. Westbrook. She is survived by: her husband Matt Chalfant; her children, Melvin Heinze, David Coe, Ericka McGuire (Jackie), Megan Farbro, William Chalfant (Tiffany), Harley Chalfant and Alison Chalfant; her mother Linda Heinze (Apel); and her grandchildren, Madison Heinze, Isabella Heinze, Haley Englert, Wyatt Englert, Abby Coe, Gunner McGuire, Declynn McGuire, Daylin Reedy, Dakota Chalfant, Keani Chalfant, David Chalfant, Karter Wasserman and Jedidiah Johnson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
