It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Windelle Allen Rumsey Jr. of Foyil, Oklahoma, born in Union City, Michigan, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Windelle A. Sr. Rumsey and Isabell Rumsey (Spring); his daughter Vickie; his brothers, Wayne and Lavern; and his close friend Sue.
He is survived by: his children, Roxann Rumsey, Terrie Badder and Clark Rumsey (Chris); and his brother Richard Rumsey (Nancy). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
