He was predeceased by: his father Antonio Gutierrez, Jr.; his grandparents, Antonio Gutierrez, Pauline Deleon, Santos Nuncio and Amelia Nuncio; and his aunts and uncles, Danny Nuncio, Adolfo Gutierrez, Viviano Nuncio, Sr., Tommy Gutierrez, Selzo Nuncio, Virgie Gutierrez (Pena), Anselmo Nuncio and Louisa Gutierrez.
He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Sue Nuncio; his children, Anselmo Vicente Gutierrez, Jr. and Estrella Ontiveros; his brothers, Gilbert Nuncio (Jenna), Paul "Fred" Gutierrez (Andrea Aguilar) and David Ray Gutierrez; his nieces, Crosby, Kimber and Adrianna; his nephew Kelton; and his sisters, Montanna, Karissa, Kelsey and Virginia. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
