He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnie Burden and Gladys Burden (Morrison); his wife Wanda Faye Burden (Allgood); his son Danny Burden, Jr.; and his siblings, Mamie Burden, Linda Gail Kelly, Patsy Lynn Burden and Ronnie Lynn Burden.
He is survived by: his children, James Howell (Chasity) of Altus, Jerry Leamon (Grace) of Mangum, Oklahoma, Shelley Arce (Jose) of Altus and Diane Leamon of Lawton, Oklahoma; and his sisters, Frances Rammage (Larry) of Frederick, Phyllis Rodriguez (Johnny) of Frederick and Gladys Burden of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Jackson Funeral Home Chapel (921 W Gladstone Ave, Frederick, OK 73542).
