She is survived by: her husband Johnnie Futrell Jr.; her children, Samuel Lindsey of Frederick, Sean Hankieson (Amanda) of San Antonio, Shavondra Hankieson of Virginia, Phillip Hankieson (Tarsha) of Virginia, Jonathan Futrell (Tessie) of Frederick, Ryan Futrell (Crystal) of Florida and Deborah Futrell of Frederick, Oklahoma; her siblings, Nicodemus Razor of Washington and Brenda Nixon of Virginia; and her grandchildren, Desi, Dureal, Taeyah, Briellle, Asher, Jonah, Mariah, Zeniyah, Monica, Kobe, Shavaundra, Jalen, Carlos, Caleb, Brinda, Trinity, Makiyah, JonJon, Taijah, Octavian and Azaria. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Frederick (201 E Grand Ave, Frederick, OK 73542). A burial was held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at the Frederick Memorial Cemetery - County Rd (18045 County Rd NS 220, Frederick, OK 73542).
