He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Dickerson and Estella Dickerson (Spears); his wife Carol Lou Nall; and his sister Jan. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy (Greg) of Lawton Oklahoma and Lindsey of Chillicothe, Texas; his granddaughters, Estella of Great Falls, Montana and Lillian of Wichita Falls, Texas; and his great grandchildren, Waylon, Winnie and Kingston.
