He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ermis Sr. and Margie Graves; his wife Paula Beck; his son John Ermis; and his brother Edward Ermis.

He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Maynes; his brother DeJan Ermis; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Destiny Maynes and Michael Bruce.
