She is survived by: her husband Keith McCormack; her sons, Geary (Janice McCormack), Rich (Jennifer McCormack) and Chris (Kassy McCormack); her siblings, Margaret Gobel, Linda Fraizer, Brenda Stevens and Alan Bandy; her grandchildren, Jeremy Goode, Jerrad Goode (Cassidy Adams), Jordan Morrison (Jerry), Chelsie Dickson (Jordan), Chad Mitchell (Robin) and Ryan McCormack; and her great grandchildren, Reed Goode, Abigail, Bailey Mitchell, Tatum and Dawson Dickson.
The family requests memorial contributions to be made to First United Methodist Church, 301 E. Grand Avenue, Frederick, OK 73542, in loving memory of Jeanne McCormack.
