Hernandez, Jose J. Puentes III, Jose Israel Puentes, Alicia M. Puentes, Melissa K. Puentes, Zayden A. Puentes and Jozias E. Puentes; and his great grandchildren, Aniyah N. Guerrero, Ezmeriah C.
