She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Rowe Sr. and Hazel Haney Rowe; her husband Isiah McDaniel; her daughter Gloria Monisha Rowe; her siblings, Louise Driver, Willie Rowe Jr., Terry Rowe, Horace Rowe and Robert Wallace; and her son-in-law Roy Dale Mims.
She is survived by: her niece Venitia Adams; her children, Shari Rowe Mims of Hurst, Donnie Rowe of Lawton and Billy W. Rowe of Oklahoma City; her great grandchildren, Lalla S. Garrison of Desoto, Traevin K. Hernandez of Kansas, Deliah Rowe of Dallas and Luna Alberto of Dallas, Texas; and her siblings, Jerry Rowe (Ella Mae) of Jackson, Henry Rowe of Lawton, Oklahoma and Betty J. Green (Ben) of Apple Valley, California. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members and friends.
