He is survived by: his wife Janice Smith (Wilson); his sons, Rick Neugebauer (Stephanie) of Mustang, Darren Neugebauer of Yukon and Chad Neugebauer of Yukon, Oklahoma; his sister Jamie Reid (Bob) of Frederick, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Rodney Neugebauer (Ashton) of Frederick, Casey Reed (Jered) of Yukon, Darian Rogers (Cody) of Lawton, Dallas Neugebauer of Yukon, Chace Neugebauer (Heather) of Rockport and Ty Neugebauer of Lawton, Oklahoma; and his nieces and nephews, Sarah Gunter (Jordan), Abbye Reid, Karin McKinley (Collin), Cody (Allison) and Clint Reid (Amy). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
