She is survived by: her husband Patrick Ian "Pat" O'Neal; her children, Lori Calhoun (Robbie) of Frederick, Kenny Butler of Tucson, Shawn Butler of Frederick, Boyce Butler of Carlsbad, Erin Switzer (Benjamin) of Altus and Michele Campbell (Justin) of Carlsbad; and her brothers, Tracy Newton (Cindy) of Stockton, William Trammell (Melissa) of Duncan and Bill Newton (Lori Ann) of Rockport, Texas. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
