He is survived by: his daughter Sharee Schrick (Seth); his grandchildren, Kailyn, Jadynce May and Elijah of Elk City, Oklahoma; his son Brendan O'Neal (Christin); his grandson Braydan (Noah); his daughter Chasity Bohannon (Alex); his grandchildren, Evelyn and Cullen of Shawnee, Oklahoma; his great grandchild Alexis Smith of Frederick, Oklahoma.; and his siblings, Larry Washington, Harry (Felisha Washington), Craig Jefferson, Timothy Johnson, Gwen (Henry Dennis), Diane (Joseph Post), Rachel (David Butureza) and Girtha Weakley.
