With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanette Ann Welty of Freedom, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 12, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Alfred Bornkamp; her brother Greg Bornkamp; her daughter Britanie Bradshaw; and her grandchildren, Addison and Aiden Bradshaw.

She is survived by : her mother Wilma Bornkamp (Lees) of Huntertown, Indiana; her husband Dean Welty; her children, Richard Welty (Melanie) of Freedom and Wilene Kornele (Jason) of Freedom; her grandsons, Trenton Welty of Freedom, Rocky Welty of Freedom and Conner Kornele of Freedom; her siblings, Bruce Bornkamp (Patty) of Picayune, Mississippi, Karen Flory of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Camille Bornkamp of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Susy Bornkamp of Huntertown, Indiana, Myrah Fether of Styker, Ohio and Chris Bornkamp (Ceci) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her siblings-in-law, Steve Welty (Mary) of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Rita Coulter (Leo) of Woodward, Oklahoma, Winona Hodges (Rex) of Woodward, Oklahoma, Phillip Welty (Gayla) of Laverne, Oklahoma and Terry Welty (Rebecca) of Lorena, Texas; her aunt Evelyn Ayres of Florida; and her close friend Rita Bennett of Indiana. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other loving family members.

Memorials may be made to the Freedom Fire and Ambulance with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
