He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward LeRoy Burks and Marquita Ann Martin. He is survived by: his wife Sue Burks; his children, Melissa Burks Smith (Markus), RaeAnna Pankey (Brenden) and Michael Wisel (Jennifer); his siblings, Kelvin Burks, Brian Burks (Margaret) and Cindra Jones (Richard); his grandchildren, Dylan Burks (Nikita), Sophia Means, Taylor Harrison, Dalton McRae, Raven Wisel and Chase Wisel; and his great grandchildren, Layla Burks, Taggerung McRae and Kydd-Michael Wisel.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Freedom Fire and Ambulance with the Billings Funeral Home accepting the contributions.
