He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Cecil Marvin and Evelyn Allene Blevins (Nixon); his spouse Kama Li Luddington; his children, Lane Nixon and AlyJea Gerloff (Chance); his granddaughter Gray Gerloff of Freedom; his sisters, Carole Beckett (Gordon) of Woodward and MaeBeth Bird (Jim) of Woodward; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Moss, Beth Beckett, Andrea Haney, Bruce Beckett, Brian Beckett, Brent Beckett and Lynn Haney; and his sister Billie Belew. He was also cherished by many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

“lane & aly, please accept my sincere condolences. Your dad & i were friends over 30 yrs . Just now jan 9, 2020 i checked obituaries to be sure he was not deceased since it has been longer than usual sine we spoke. My heart broke when i read he left us. Many fond memories.
