She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bliss and Florence Bliss (Hoffman); her sister Loretta Stone; and her husband Floyd Thompson. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Smith of Midwest City, OK and Rhonda Little of Sedgwick, KS; her brothers, J. L. Bliss (Johnnie) of Dalhart, TX and Richard Dean Bliss of Columbus, NE; her grandchildren, Jonathon Smith (Jessica), Meghan Snell (Thomas), Kaleb Smith (Sidney), Jareb Smith (Camila), Katelyn Prescott (Ethan), Dariah Ballinger (Aron Schroeder), Jamie Burton (Tim) and Stephanie Nutter (Chris); and her great grandchildren, Savannah Smith, Aedan Smith, Rian Smith, Fiona Smith, Asher Snell, Jake Snell, Bennett Snell, Harlan Ballinger, Hazel Schroeder, Noah Little, Abbott Burton, Bentley Burton, Dawson Little and Addy Nutter.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hatfield-Prusa Funeral Home (206 N Philadelphia Ave, Coldwater, KS 67029). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Freedom Cemetery.
