A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Smith National Cemetery (522 Garland Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72901).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 11300N.
