She was predeceased by: her parents, Alsie Foyil (Hicks) and William Foyil; her husband Bob Cline; and her son David Waters. She is survived by: her grandson Preston Waters of Santa Fe, NM; her friend Gertie Barber of Gans, OK; and her daughter-in-law Cindy Swain (Elaine Turner). She is also survived by several cousins, other relatives.
