He is survived by: his wife Nancy; and his children, Gary Lee Parks (Karin), Glenn Parks (Sheryl), Jim Parks (Stephenie), Chris Scruggs (Dion), Caitlin Parks (Tyler) and Jennifer Bloodworth (Terry). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
