He is survived by: his children, Charity Womack Johnson of Broken Bow, OK, Hope Womack, John Manuel Womack of Dallas, TX and Chance Womack; his grandchildren, Makayla Caldwell (Wesley), Dalton Perkins, Scottie Cahill of Garvin, OK and Landon Cahill of Garvin, OK; his great grandchildren, Kimber Caldwell, Kyler Caldwell and Karslyn Caldwell; and his siblings, P. J. Womack, Jamie, Sandra Hughes and Keith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
