She is survived by: her children, Charity Renice Johnson of Broken Bow, OK, Hope Womack of Garvin, OK, John Manuel Womack of Dallas, TX and Chance Womack of Garvin, OK; her sisters, Anita Gail Knox (Mike) of Broken Bow, OK, Kathy German (Sam) of Garvin, OK and Trina White (Sam) of Garvin, OK; her grandchildren, Makayla Perkins, Wesley Caldwell of Idabel, OK, Dalton Perkins of Idabel, OK, Scottie Cahill of Tulsa, OK and Landon Cahill of Garvin, OK; and her great grandchildren, Allie Lamb of Idabel, OK, Kimber Caldwell, Kyler Caldwell and Karslyn Caldwell.
