With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Troy Bastible of Garvin, Oklahoma, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Troy left this world on July 13, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos "Ed" Bastible and Willie Marie Bastible (Mooney); his siblings, Jimmy Doyle, Travis and Anna; and his siblings' children, Sarah Mitchell and Jack Bastible.
He is survived by: his wife Mavis Bastible; his children, Troy Edmond, Brenda "Fawn" Cress (David) and Melania "Bug" Bradley; and his sibling's children, Bridgett Bond, Loretta "Punkin" Bastible and Jimmy Bastible. He is also survived by six grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clardy Funeral Service Chapel (1201 Lincoln Rd, Idabel, OK 74745). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Valliant Church of God (404 N Dalton Ave, Valliant, OK 74764).
