She was predeceased by : her parents, William Evan, Sr. and Dorothy Grainger Little (Shumate); her husband Leo Glen Moore; her children, Ronnie Joe and Becky Jolene Moore; her siblings, Ruth Blair, Mildred Sanders, Herb Little, Wilma Jean Gardiner, Cathie Choate and Bill Little; her granddaughter Baylee Lauren Estep; and her great grandchild Mikal Dawn Ramey.
She is survived by : her children, Dr. Tony Moore (Yvonda) of Calumet, Terry Lloyd (Tom) of El Reno, Sherry Crites (Duwane) of Watonga, Larry (Chris) of Calumet, Sandra Moore of Okarche, Danny Moore and Trish of Calumet; and her brother Jack Little of Albuquerque, NM. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
