He was predeceased by: his father Jerry LeFlore; and his son Patrick "P. J." LeFlore, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Eva LeFlore (Roman); his daughter Rayne LeFlore of El Reno; his siblings, Pamela Roman of Geary, Mary Cooper (Donnie) of Oklahoma City and Jerry LeFlore of Oklahoma City; and his niece Rosebud Benally of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
